American Actor Zac Efron has finally revealed the truth behind his last year’s facial transformation.
The actor debunked claims that he had gone under the knife for his new look.
Recall that the rumors had spread after the actor’s appearance on Earth Day! The Musical where he seemed to have a more prominent squared chin.
In an interview with Men’s Health Magazine, Zac Efron disclosed that he never had surgery for his chin. The 34-year-old actor explained that he owes his new look to an accident he had at home in 2021.

According to Zac, he was running with socks when he slipped and hit his head at the corner of a fountain. This made him unconscious and by the time he came to, his chin bone was hanging off his face.
Zac Efron explained that his chin muscles grew bigger while he was recovering from the injury.
“The masseters just grew. They just got really, really big,” he said, hence disclosing why his face transformed.
