Nicki Minaj has responded to the rumors of her second pregnancy making the rounds on social media.
The rapper had accidentally led fans into believing she was pregnant in an Instagram live before her Wireless performance on Sunday. This spread like wildfire as everyone believed her to be expecting her second child.
However, Nicki Minaj has corrected the rumor in an Instagram live where she was seen sporting a black shirt and smiling throughout the session.
Nicki Minaj was asked about her pregnancy by a fan, she accidentally responded by saying, “I’m not fat, y’all, I’m pregnant. Yeah, I meant to tell y’all, [but] I forgot.”
Fans began congratulating her on her pregnancy. When Nicki realized her mistake, she quickly corrected it by rephrasing what she meant to say. The correct response was that she was not pregnant.
“Oh wait. Did I say it wrong? I’m sorry. I think I said it wrong. I meant to say, I’m not pregnant. I’m fat.”
Nicki Minaj gave birth to her first child on September 30th, 2020, and has since refused to reveal the boy’s name.
