Hollywood stars Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck finally tied the knot on Saturday in Las Vegas after getting engaged 19 years ago and calling it off.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck met on a movie set in 2002 and got engaged in 2003. However, the couple broke off the engagement for reasons that they were getting excessive media attention.
News of the pair getting back together hit the media last year and fans had since been anticipating their official pairing.
In a post shared on her website, Lopez revealed that they had both flown to Las Vegas on Saturday for a marriage license.
“We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient”
Lopez has since been married 3 times. The actress was married to Marc Anthony from 2004 to 2014 and they have twins together.
Affleck has also been married to Jennifer Garner from 2005 to 2018, and they have three children together.
Jennifer Lopez and Affleck have come together in a union with five kids.
The “Marry Me” star took to her Instagram page yesterday to share a selfie after her nuptials with her wedding ring proudly on display.
