Singer Magixx, who is Don Jazzy’s latest addition to the Mavin Records, has expressed criticism for Wizkid’s latest song with Chris Brown.
Adelabu Alexander, popularly known by his stage name, Magixx, is a 22-year-old Nigerian artist. Magixx grew to fame after Don Jazzy signed him to the Mavin Records label in 2021. The singer has since been doing great in the industry alongside his counterparts Ayra Starr, Boy Spyce, Ladipoe, and other members of the Mavin Family. He recently collaborated with other Mavin artists to release the hit song ‘Overdose’.
Magixx took to his Twitter page yesterday 19th of June, to express his dislike for Wizkid and Chris Brown’s song “Call Me Everyday”. The Mavin singer referred to the song as ‘stupid’.
Recall that Wizkid had helped the Mavin track ‘Overdose’ reach the top 100 list on Apple Music Nigeria after he shared it on his Instagram page. Don Jazzy had expressed his gratitude to the artist for the achievement.
It appears Magixx expresses his gratitude by trashing Wizkid’s own release.

Although Magixx has since deleted the tweet, Wizkid fans have not been kind to the upcoming artist as they believe shading a legend like Wizkid was bad for his career.
