In recent weeks, both Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle have been hit on stage in different incidents.
On Saturday, September 3rd, the two American stars will headline a show at the O2 Arena.
It follows Rock’s appearance with Chappelle at The Comedy Store in West Hollywood, where they laughed about the previous incidents.
Rock was slapped by Will Smith on the stage at the Oscars in March after he made a joke about the actor’s wife, actress Jada Pinkett Smith, as he was about to give an award.
Chappelle was playing at The Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles as part of the Netflix Is A Joke event in May when he was “tackled” by a man who rushed on stage.
The “comedy titans” would play an “iconic co-headlining show in London,” according to Live Nation, which announced Rock and Chappelle’s O2 appearance. On Friday, June 10th, tickets will go on sale.
