Recall that Nollywood Actress Chacha Eke took to her Instagram page in the early hours of Tuesday 28th of June to reveal that she was stepping out of her marriage to stay alive. This made it the second time the actress revealed her marriage was over.
In 2020, Chacha had disclosed that she was ending her marriage however she later downplayed the whole separation by claiming she had bipolar disorder.
After being married for 9 years, Chacha finally decided to walk away from Austin Faani for good in 2022. According to Chacha, her marriage had been a lie she could no longer continue to live in as her life was being threatened.
In the statement given on her Instagram page, the actress had expressed her concern for her safety and called on the appropriate security agencies to come to her aid.

In response to this, Austin Faani made a post in the late hours of Tuesday on his Instagram page where he debunked all claims of domestic violence.
The statement read: “I am not a violent person. Personally, I detest violence in any form. I have never raised my hands on any woman in my life including my wife,”
“Everyone close to this case knows the absolute truth and it is not in my place to divulge it. The only person who started the talk will in due time continue the talk. Let light lead.”
