Popular singer, Banky W, has come forward to debunk claims that he signed BBNaija Whitemoney to his record label.
According to the singer, he never signed the reality TV star to EME but only handled an ambassadorial deal between Whitemoney and a company EME consults for.
News of the BBNaija reality star Whitemoney getting signed on to the EME label hit the media weeks ago and stirred mixed reactions from many who criticized the singer.
The BBNaija Season 6 winner had taken to his Instagram and Twitter pages to share pictures of himself with Banky, along with a caption that suggested he got signed onto the EME record label.
The caption read, “Now that we are in good hands, let the music flow. “Egwu” & “You Bad” DROPS: 23:09:22 Are You Ready????”
In a recent interview on HotFM Lagos, Banky disclosed that he never signed the reality star to EME. He also revealed that he no longer owns a label as they transitioned to a media and marketing agency in 2017.
